All disability-related records are maintained in a confidential manner, separate from academic transcripts, and may only be accessed by authorized personnel.

All employees receive regular training on non-discrimination, harassment prevention, and accessibility practices. Faculty are expected to support accessibility efforts in the design and delivery of online course content, including integration of universal design principles.
The university regularly audits its digital platforms, facilities, and procedures to ensure accessibility compliance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
