Anti-Hazing Policy

Glenmore University is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Hazing in any form is strictly prohibited, whether occurring in person, online, or through other virtual platforms. Hazing is defined as any action or situation that endangers the physical or mental health or safety of an individual as a condition of membership or affiliation with a group, organization, or team.

This policy applies to all students, faculty, staff, and organizations affiliated with the University and aligns with Florida state law (§ 1006.63, Florida Statutes). Individuals or groups found responsible for hazing may face disciplinary actions, including suspension, expulsion, or loss of organizational recognition.

The university encourages all members of the community to report hazing through the University’s online reporting system or by contacting the Office of Student Services. Retaliation against individuals who report hazing is strictly prohibited. Through ongoing education and accountability, Glenmore University strives to maintain a culture of safety, respect, and integrity.
