Glenmore University complies fully with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which protects the confidentiality of student education records. Student records, including grades, transcripts, enrollment history, and advising notes, are considered confidential and may only be accessed by authorized university personnel or disclosed with written student consent.
Students may request access to their own records, request corrections to inaccurate information, and control the release of directory information. Requests are submitted to the Registrar’s Office in accordance with institutional procedures.
