Students who believe a final grade was issued in error or was the result of inconsistent or unfair evaluation may request a formal review of the grade. Requests should be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs in writing and include:

A clear explanation of the concern

Supporting documentation or relevant communications

A summary of any prior efforts to resolve the matter informally with the instructor
Formal grade review procedures are overseen by academic leadership. Students will be notified in writing of the final determination.
