Faculty are expected to submit final grades within a reasonable period following the end of each academic term. Grades are posted in the student portal and reflected on the official academic transcript.
Students are entitled to timely and constructive feedback on all graded work. Evaluation criteria and rubrics may be provided in advance to ensure transparency in assessment.
