Glenmore University Catalog

Evaluation Schedule

SAP is evaluated at the end of each academic term. The Registrar’s Office and Financial Aid Office conduct official reviews of academic records and notify students of their SAP status via university email. These status changes are recorded in the student’s academic file in accordance with FERPA and institutional data management policies.

Students who fail to meet one or more of the criteria will be assigned one of the following statuses:

  • Academic Warning: Issued after the first term in which SAP is not met. Students may continue to enroll and are expected to regain good standing by the end of the next term.

  • Academic Probation: Assigned to students who fail to meet SAP after an academic warning. Continued enrollment is permitted only with an approved Academic Improvement Plan (AIP).

  • Academic Suspension: Students who do not meet SAP after a term on probation may be suspended from the university. Suspended students may not enroll in future terms unless reinstated through the appeals process.
